Here's the vision we're running with....
One of our favorite defining passages from the Bible is
1 Corinthians 2:1-5, take a look here:
1 And I, brethren, when I came to you, did not come with excellence of speech or of wisdom declaring to you the testimony of God. 2 For I determined not to know anything among you except Jesus Christ and Him crucified. 3 I was with you in weakness, in fear, and in much trembling. 4 And my speech and my preaching were not with persuasive words of human wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power, 5 that your faith should not be in the wisdom of men but in the power of God.

Other instructional texts we live by are these:
Matt 28:19 - Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.
Mark 16:15,16 - And He said to them, "Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature. He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who does not believe will be condemned."
Matt 22:37-40 - Jesus said to him, you shall love the LORD your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind. This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like it: You shall love your neighbor as yourself. On these two commandments hang all the Law and the Prophets.
Here's what we believe about every person in the world:
You find these truths in many passages and here's two of them you can check out: Jeremiah 29:11 and I Corinthians 12. Everybody was created specifically, intentionally and purposefully by God for His glory according to His purpose.
Our Mission (Vision or mandate) is to Make Disciples of all Nations, helping people receive Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior and then help them grow in their relationship with God and with other believers.
Our Goal (Response) is to disciple as many people as possible individually through relationships and then....
Empower them to do the same
Our Process (Plan) includes four steps: Saved, Settled, Serve and Sent
Saved = Means to be born again by confessing with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believing in your heart that God raised him from the dead (Romans 10:9).
Settled = The local church becomes a new “family” for people. Regular Church attendance is achieved because of relationships.
Serving = Means to be connected to a local church body using our personal gifts and abilities to serve and bless others; we understand that we are needed and accept the responsibility of helping to further the work of the Kingdom of God.
Sent = We start this process with someone new and work with them to grow in God’s Grace and Power
Our Method is Team Work: Working together for the Cause of Christ. Christ is the Head (Coach) and we are the body (Team Players).
We are Better Together.
